The Early Modern Forum's blog provides regular snippets of information from scholars of all levels working in a wide variety of academic disciplines and institutions. We feature summaries of ongoing research, commentary on issues currently in the news, and notices of relevant publications by members of the forum, all of which offers the reader access to specialist research in accessible and entertaining form. There are opportunities to get involved in a variety of our projects such as 'Brief Lives', 'My Favourites' and 'Now and Then'. The "A Day in History..." project is also currently looking for contributions illustrating the importance of a singular day during the Early Modern period (c.1450-1850). All our projects aim to exploit the power of new technologies and to stimulate research interests in new and exciting ways. Select 'Academic Collaboration' or "A Day in History..." from the tabs above to discover more about the Early Modern Forum and how to get involved!
